By accessing or using Tarot Blueprint (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Tarot Blueprint provides a personal development platform that uses Jungian archetypal frameworks and Tarot symbolism to generate personalized psychological profiles and guidance. The Service is for educational and self-reflection purposes only and does not constitute professional psychological, therapeutic, or medical advice.

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate information and keep it updated.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

• Certain features require a paid subscription. Pricing is described on our Pricing page.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us within 7 days of purchase.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to active subscribers.

All content, designs, algorithms, and brand assets of Tarot Blueprint are the exclusive property of Tarot Blueprint and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.

Your quiz responses and personal profile data remain yours. By using the Service you grant us a limited license to process that data to provide the Service.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse our systems.
• Impersonate any person or entity.
• Use automated tools to access the Service without permission.
• Resell or redistribute our content without authorization.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Tarot Blueprint content is for personal growth and entertainment purposes. We make no representations regarding the accuracy or completeness of any archetype analysis, and nothing in the Service constitutes professional psychological, therapeutic, financial, or legal advice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tarot Blueprint shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your access to paid features ceases immediately.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in San Francisco, California, except where prohibited by applicable law.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or prominent notice in the app. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
